Astoria is the seventeenth Realm in the Domain to be founded. It’s First Ruler, former-Lady Athene Airheart, brought the Realm to the fore on December 8, 2002: ruling from the then-Royal Court of Caer Westmorland(Olympia, Washington, USA), and later from the second Royal Court of Caer Airheart(Elma, Washington, USA).
Astoria’s current ruler is Lady Dame Dena ni Nine Death Storms, who rules the Realm from the current Royal Court of Caer Aurora(Aurora, Wilsonville, and Carnby, Oregon, USA). She is a Knight of the Order of Raven.
