Sheilds and Protection Spells

Stand in the center of a room and spin slowly in a circle (not too quickly, you don't want to get dizzy) picturing a coccoon of soft white light building around you. As you continue to spin, picture this coccoon growing harder, and thicker, with the outer surface becoming mirror like, to reflect all the negative energy being sent your way back to its owner.

As you spin, continuously chant.. get this..

"I am rubber, you are glue.
It bounces off of me and sticks to you."

Continue spinning and chanting until you feel sufficiently insulated.
