"A Word to the Wise" is written periodically by Misty-Eve, of the American Rite of the Druidic Craft. They are "Astrological Messages reflecting on the Druid Perspective of the Sun's current influence. Based on the teachings of Father Eli (1913-1983): Cherokee Medicine Man and Grand Master of The Druidic Craft of the Wise in America."

This month's Wise article talks about the one thing a Piscean should listen... especially...

Finding love where there is compassion. While the Sun is sending his influence us to us through Pisces, we find strength in creating rules and laws that lead toward personal objectives. Kindness and friendliness toward others usually gets overlooked in the process of enforcing these laws. It is here that we need to learn compassion for others.

Once these laws have been established, it is typical to hew to the line with little or no kindness or compassion for those who are to the left of the line. The solution to almost all problems is "If thine arm offend thee, cut it off."

The lesson here is to learn compassion for all of life – even those who apparently aren't doing all you think they should.

When we get so concerned with what others are doing and whether they are doing it they way we would, we're no longer letting the stream of Source Energy carry us toward our objectives. We've turned around in the stream and are then paddling very hard against the current in order to get a better look at the crazy thing someone else is doing over there on the shore. In so doing we have lost our focus upon the direction we, ourselves, are heading.

Doesn't it feel bad to look down on or criticize another – even when they aren't measuring up to the standards we've set for ourselves?

"When I do good, I feel good; when I do bad, I feel bad. That's my religion."
~ Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865), 16th U.S. President (1861–1865)

There are really only two emotions… one feels good and the other feels bad. Our emotions are a wonderful guidance system that tells us whether we're flowing along with the Stream of Source Energy, or not. When we feel good, we're not paddling against the flow, we're going with it. When we feel bad, this is an indication that whatever we're focusing upon in that moment is pinching off the flow of Source Energy. We know this because Source Energy feels good and when we're in alignment with it, we feel good.

<"Remember, before you can effectively benefit from paying attention to your emotions, you must first accept that Well-Being is the only Stream that flows. You can allow or disallow this Stream but, when you allow it, you are well - and when you disallow it, you are sick. In other words, there is only a Stream of Wellness, which you are allowing or resisting, and you can tell by the way you FEEL which you are doing. You are supposed to thrive! You are supposed to feel good! You ARE good! You ARE love, and Well-Being is constantly flowing to you and, if you will allow it, it will manifest in all manner of ways in your experience.

"When you feel elation, when you feel joy, when you feel passion, when you feel love, when you feel appreciation. .. when you feel those emotions that you would call positive emotions, those emotions are your indicator, your "sixth sense", telling you that whatever it is that you are focused upon right now is, in this moment, vibrationally up to speed with the stream of Source Energy." ~ Abraham-Hicks

Do you agree that it matters how you feel? Do you think your life would improve if it did?

It’s worth thinking about…
