Choosing an an anthem for the Imperial District was not easy. It had to speak for more than just the District itself, but what it represents. Something to represent the Imperium's bond to the people of the Domain. It's reason for existence. A reminder of where it is to derive its strength to do its job and do it well by the citizens of the Domain and Realms. Eventually, as recent as early Spring 2011, a song came to the attnention of the Imperium. A song that simply speaks of that oath, bond, and duty between Imperium and nation. That song has become Fantasia's anthem.
