The Pledge of the Domani

Here is displayed the national pledge for our micronation.

       The question of the National Pledge for the Domain was a subject of minor debate among those Domani who voted. Debate over four very good submissions for the Pledge. In the end, though, one submission was chosen overwhelmingly above the others.

       The submission made by Lord Solace Boheme: former Ruler of Aquaterra was the best for many reasons. It was written in spirit, and with heart. It spoke of honor. Of upholding the precepts set forth in our High Laws. It spoke of working to better the world, and making it a place of enlightenment and acceptance. And it spoke of peace. In five lines, and the spaces between those lines, his pledge spoke of all that the Domain was founded for.

       And so, for those reasons, Lord Boheme's submission became The Pledge of the Domani.

       Good dreaming, good hunting, and Blessed Be.

I swear loyalty to the Domain and Realms.
I pledge to uphold the Arad Doman.
I vow to help create a better world where all mankind are accepted and to promote spiritual enlightenment.
I pray for peace for all beings.
I ask The Powers That Be to hear my oath and help me in my cause for it is just.
